Customizable CTI call popup solution which provides the call related information from a Customer directory or enterprise database before picking up the call. CTIBUZZ Server is integrated with PBX through TAPI / CSTA / AMI Protocols depending on the PBX being used. The information will be send to corresponding Call Taker’s PC and the data related to this CallerID will be retrieved from the CRM database.
